At Mnaha Wild Adventures, we strive to provide you with an unforgettable experience while ensuring a smooth and transparent booking process. These Booking Conditions outline the terms and requirements for securing your adventure with us, including our policies on payment, cancellations, and participant responsibilities.

These Booking Conditions outline the terms under which you can make reservations and use Mnaha Wild Adventures's services. By making a booking, you agree to adhere to these conditions and our Privacy Policy, which details how we safeguard your personal information.
- All bookings must be made through official Mnaha Wild Adventures platforms (website, social media, phone, or in person).
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment, as communicated.
- A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required upon confirmation.
- Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the travel date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in cancellation or penalties.
- Cancellations made 14 days before the trip: 70% refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the trip: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip: No refund.
- Refunds are subject to deduction of any non-refundable hotel or park fees already paid on behalf of the client.
- Clients may request changes to travel dates, room types, or guest names at least 5 days before the trip.
- All changes are subject to availability and possible additional costs.
- Clients are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, and meeting all visa or vaccination requirements (where applicable).
- Mnaha Wild Adventures recommends that all clients secure comprehensive travel insurance for medical, baggage, and trip cancellation coverage.
- Park fees and activities provided by third parties (hotels, guides, etc.) may change without notice. We will inform clients if such changes affect their package.
- Mnaha Wild Adventures is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the trip, except as required by law.
- Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip.
- Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by Mnaha Wild Adventures and its partners.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, or property during the trip.
- Clients must inform Mnaha Wild Adventures of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the trip.
- Clients must inform Mnaha Wild Adventures of any allergies or dietary restrictions that may affect their ability to participate in the trip.
- Clients must inform Mnaha Wild Adventures of any special requests or requirements that may affect their ability to participate in the trip.
- Clients must inform Mnaha Wild Adventures of any special needs or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the trip.
- Group trips operate on fixed dates with pre-planned itineraries.
- Clients are expected to adhere to scheduled departure times.
- Delays caused by individual clients may result in missing out on activities without refund.
- Group trips are social in nature—shared accommodation, transport, and experiences apply unless otherwise stated.
- Group trips require a minimum number of participants. If not met, the trip may be rescheduled or the client may be offered an alternative.
- Solo travelers are welcome and can join group trips or request custom solo packages.
- Where sharing accommodation is not an option, a single supplement may apply.
- By joining our adventures, clients consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for Mnaha’s promotional purposes, unless they state otherwise in writing.
